We had a fabulous stay for the Christmas and New Years holidays.
No complains at all, the venue met standard, would be happy to recommend it. Awesome location careful in certain areas, lovely staff, everything was great. We booked luxurious and quiet room with super bed and an excellent bathroom, as example. Location: the hotel was near all 'must see' landmarks and sights, shops, art galleries and the River Seine and top museums, shops and trendy restaurants and two metro stations.

The service at this brand-new hotel was top-notch. The rooms were elegant and view to their garden was gorgeous. Also, location was exceptional, a 10-15 minute walking distance from vast statue-studded 17th-century gardens. Bread and cereals at the restaurant were appetising and superb

The location of the hotel is excellent, with shops right on your doorstep and a number of great restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to many famous Paris sights and landmarks, making it a convenient choice for tourists. The guest relations team is also highly praised, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The food and beverage service provided by the hotel was beyond horrible. Guests complained about the terrible wait staff in all restaurants and mentioned that the breakfast was a test of patience.

The breakfast was a true delight, with so many delicious options prepared by a world-renowned chef.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The location was perfect, allowing me to easily visit the Louvre and dine at popular restaurants on Saint-Honoré Street. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly check-in staff to the attentive concierge who secured last-minute reservations at top restaurants in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious.
Nothing, all was good.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've slept in. We also enjoyed having UK TV channels to relax after a busy day. The hotel staff were kind and thoughtful, even organizing a gift for our special occasion. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby so there's no need for a taxi. The bar food was very good, especially when we dined there on our first day. The 24-hour service is excellent.
We felt very happy with our stay, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Paris and it was the perfect base for my backpacking adventure. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the Metro and within walking distance of the Louvre and other popular attractions. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel at home. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a beautiful bar with an outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The only downside was that the restaurant menu could use some improvements, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
